To determine suitability, you are supplied with a free oral health assessment(x-ray charges may apply) with a Licensed Dental Practitioner in your area.
Following the completion of your oral health assessment and when all basic dentistry is achieved from the participating dentists and presuming you're a good candidate for cosmetic procedure and implant, the dental practitioner will advise you for inclusion in the CDG Program and supply you with a treatment plan that will help achieve your desired outcomes.

Partial Grants

The payment of a lawyer's partial grant is made directly to the dental office and not to the applicant. It's the responsibility of the dental office to reimburse the individual for any money he or she has put forth towards their cosmetic dentistry perform.

- Allocations & Conditions for CDG Funding

- How the Procedure Works
- An applicant submits a request for financing at our site.
